Bali Emerald Villas - Sanur (Bali)

I loved splashing in the sparkling private pool and chilling in the spacious living room. The massages were divine, and Soul in a Bowl was a foodie's dream.just a block away!

Oh, who needs to stay in the villa they actually booked? It's much more fun to be surprised with a remote, marble-floored mansion.

The lovely pool, the housekeeper, the outdoor living, did I mention my pool!

Quiet location with large, private pool. Maid service for laundry and housekeeping. Very friendly front line staff.

We stayed in b18 for 14 nights. Vastly over priced for a couple - would suit a family better. The perimeter fencing is not secure - somebody clambered over our roof one night from the alley which runs alongside the villa. The property's vehicle usage costs are very high - charged just under Rp 300k for the airport pick up whereas a taxi cost Rp100k for the return trip.

We had a fantastic stay at Emerald Villas in Bali. the villa was comfortable and offered great value for money. Aachi, our helper, provided excellent maid service, always going above and beyond to meet our needs. the laundry service was a pleasant surprise, as our clothes magically appeared each day in neat piles. the outdoor living area was lovely, and we enjoyed the option of having food delivered to the villa. it was a good choice for those who prefer a villa over a hotel. Cons: Everything was spot on! 😊.

The villa was great value for money and had everything we needed. Perfect for a family with young kids as they were in and out of the pool all day. Good and well priced food available all day.

The closest part of the beach was not perfectly clean.

Even though it said "2 minutes walk to beach" we actually had to walk more than 15 to get there...

The pool was fantastic, clean and refreshing. It was the perfect place to relax and cool off after a long day of exploring. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any issues or questions we had, providing excellent service. the location was great, with plenty of nearby bars and restaurants to choose from. We enjoyed being able to easily access the beach and have a variety of options for dining and entertainment.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. there were lots of mosquitoes in our villa, despite the coils provided.

Internet speed horrendous as was cost.

Looks even better in real life than in the pictures! The only word to describe the villa was "amazing". We had an apartment opened up to the large private pool (that is in sunlight during the day). The place was huge and very private. The beach with activities (not the best for swimming though) was a 10 minute walk away with some nice restaurants close by to the place.

The villa came with a maid which I guess is a good thing but we didn't expect it and would almost have preferred privacy instead. There were people coming in and out during the day so we had to keep all our things locked up inside at all times.. Another thing which we can't blame Emerald Villas for were the roosters next door which woke us up early in the morning and didn't stop (bring earplugs!)

The villa was absolutely lovely. The cleaning, pool, and garden staff were great, ensuring that everything was well-maintained. Additionally, the location of the villa was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and two minimarkets within a short walk. Plus, the beach was easily accessible, just a 300m walk through a quiet street.

The staff really let us down during our stay. They did not have the correct number of bedrooms that we had booked and hoped that we wouldn't notice.

The Villas were very nice and having a private pool was fantastic. The food was very affordable.

The cleaning staff did not clean the Villa really good each day. They spent alot of time in the back on their cell phones and failed to clean up a large spill on the floor in the main living area for three days. With all the staff going through the Villa during the day when we were not around they had enough time to look through our belongings and steal around $1000 cash, which we had very well hidden but should have been in the safe. They were helpful but over bearing in some cases making my wife and I uncomfortable when offering external services.

The rooms are very large and the pool and gardens are pleasant. Nice to have a little temple in the garden and sun loungers. The Maid is very good and the free laundry service is useful.

Hotel rooms are dated. The staff (not including the maid or the security people who are v friendly) are not very helpful. The payment needs to be made in full at the start and the whole check in process takes a very long time and involves filling out about a half dozen different forms. Not good value for money overall.

Upgraded to a spacious villa with high walls for safety. Security guard always present. Two living rooms, two bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. Lovely cleaner who did laundry and maintained cleanliness. Clean, large pool. Close to beach and great restaurants.

we have stayed there 3 times now and will be back again in june of next year. we love the staff, location and general feel of the place. we have sent a couple of friends who have nothing but good reports.

Everything was pretty much perfect - good size, serenity, location, privacy, food, value for money, housekeeper (Komang) was fantastic, gardens, friendliness of all staff. We will definitely return on our next trip.

Shower water pressure dropped occasionally but was not a major issue.
